Returns & Exchanges Policy
This Exchange Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for exchanging items purchased from Tiael. Please review the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Only items purchased directly from Tiael, either through our physical store in Manila or our official online store, are eligible for exchange.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are only applicable for clothing items and accessories. We do not accept exchanges for sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, and custom-made or personalized items.
Timeframe for Exchange:
Customers must initiate the exchange process within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The item(s) for exchange must be received by Tiael within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact our customer service team via email at contacttiael@gmail.com or by phone at 09165506278.
Please provide your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps, including providing you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item(s).
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s) to Tiael
Tiael is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Inspection and Approval:
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in section 1.
If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will proceed with the exchange.
If the item(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria, Tiael reserves the right to refuse the exchange and return the item(s) to the customer.
Exchange Options:
Customers can exchange their item(s) for an alternative size, color, or style, subject to availability.
If the desired item(s) are out of stock, customers can choose to receive a store credit or request a refund.
Refund Policy:
If our customers choose to receive a refund instead of an exchange, Tiael will process the refund according to our standard refund policy.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
Tiael may consider exceptions to this Exchange Policy for cases of manufacturing defects or significant discrepancies between the received item(s) and the ordered item(s).
Customers should contact our customer service team immediately upon identifying such issues.
